The Jackson Ski Touring Foundation opens on 100% man made snow using the HKD Super Blizzard

The Jackson Cross Country center in Jackson, NH opened their teaching area on 12/7/06 using the HKD Super Blizzard. This was accomplished with 0" of natural snow on the ground! Snowmaking was conducted over a two day period using the Super Blizzard and drawing water from a pond on site. The progress in opening the 3 acre teaching area is displayed in the photos below, also visit their web site at www.jacksonxc.org to see the live skiing conditions on their webcam.
