The multi-chambered, completely modular Tower utilizes our patented double valve configuration with our most advanced variable flow snowgun nozzle designs. This modular design allows for easy future technology upgrades and simplifies snowgun maintenance and repairs. The rugged and unique frost-free valve design allows for the operator to achieve four levels of water flow making the tower capable of a smooth transition from low flow, high temperature performance to high flow, low temperature production without the need for changing nozzles. The innovative HKD SV10 Impulse marks yet another milestone in the development of HKD Low-E Technology. The Impulse's unique design incorporates Snow Economics' patented dynamic Low-E air control technology. The Impulse gives the snowmaker the ability to manage snowgun performance at all temperatures by adjusting air AND water flows, simultaneously. The Impulse is essentially two low-e tower snowguns in one. In the high temp mode, the Impulse uses a little more compressed air to cover your most critical, early opening terrain under marginal snowmaking conditions. As temperatures fall, the Impulse is capable of shifting gears (while operating) to its outrageously efficient, low airflow, low-energy consumption mode. The revolutionary air flow adjustment capability of the Impulse allows for snowmaking performance and efficiencies unattainable by competing products.
