Natick, MA – September 3, 2025 – Building on its strong foundation, HKD Snowmakers, a leading North American developer and manufacturer of snowmaking technology, is proud to announce the HTI Group is joining the ownership team of Charles Santry, Anni Dupré Santry, and Ian Jarrett. HTI Group has a rich history in the ski industry with an extensive portfolio of companies including Leitner-Poma lifts, Prinoth snow groomers, and DemacLenko snowmaking.

HKD will assume all operations of DemacLenko in North America. The companies will collaborate on new snowmaking technology going forward and all North American products will be branded HKD and carry the iconic HKD orange color. The DemacLenko team will be consolidated within HKD. Together, they will work closely with, and support, the existing DemacLenko customer base in North America for all sales and service needs, to assure their satisfaction.
